R.I.P. Pyro -- Mr. Obvious Eternal -- 5/4/2002 to 2/10/2020Feb 10, 2020: A piece of my heart went to Heaven this afternoon as we sent Pyro over the rainbow bridge. My soul knows he is pain free and at peace, but my heart is breaking. He was such a special horse and gave so much joy not only to Bill and me, but to so many other folks. I'll miss him like crazy but know that he is running and kicking and entertaining lots of new friends. I always wished my Dad could have met him, so now I know he will be in good hands with Dad and my Grandmother H. who got me into horses. His recent bout with neurological issues was just too much for his body and he was telling us it was time to go. There are so many to thank for his great care and support over the years -- you know who you are and I'll be telling you personally. Special thanks today to Jennifer Karl Hayes, Heather Doll, Natalie Unger and Olivia Benn for helping us through. And most of all to Bill for his awesome support of this horse endeavor from day 1, and liking Pyro from the start. Run free, my buddy. I'll love you forever and your legacy will live on in memories and photos. |
